By accessing or using RevBuddy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

RevBuddy is a hotel revenue analytics platform that allows you to upload booking data, generate AI-powered insights, explore flight route data, and manage project notes. The Service is provided "as is" for informational and analytical purposes.

3. User Accounts

• A valid email address is required to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts is not permitted
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the system
• Access other users' data or bypass security measures
• Use automated scripts to excessively call the Service's APIs
• Upload data you do not have the right to process

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying code, is owned by RevBuddy. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including business losses based on AI-generated insights, data loss from service interruptions, or unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the sidebar menu. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all associated data (notes, screenshots) is permanently removed.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
